Piper Companies is currently looking for a

Jira Administrator for a Health Information Exchange organization.

This role can either sit hybrid out of Columbia, MD or 100% remote

Responsibilities for the Jira Systems Administrator:

Jira & Confluence Cloud administration
Support implementation of a JIRA service desk as a central point for affiliates to submit requests and incidents
Management and communication of updates to the Atlassian Cloud platform
Work with internal teams to implement JIRA filters, reporting, dashboards, workflows, fields, automation, etc.
JIRA & Confluence access management, including on-boarding of users, off-boarding of users, access updates, and quarterly access reviews

Qualifications for the Jira Systems Administrator:

2-3 years of Jira administration experience
Jira related experience - creating workflows, field configurations, screen schemes
Knowledge of the Atlassian suite - Confluence, Jira, Tempo
• Ability to write custom JQL
Comfortable working with Jira Service Desk, Jira Cloud, Jira Data Center, Confluence Cloud, etc
