Job Summary: The Information Security Project Manager (ISPM) manages the client Security Management System and ensures compliance with necessary certifications and regulations. The ISPM works with others on the Security Team, IT team, the Integrations, and the Development Teams, to implement security controls across the enterprise and work as a liaison. The ISPM will have the ability to anticipate potential problems and plays an integral role in maintaining the integrity, availability and confidentiality of associated data and information systems. The ISPM leads projects related to security, infrastructure, development and enterprise architecture.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. The individual in this role is responsible for:• Enforcing Clients information security policy across the organization and building on the measured and managed risk-based security framework.• Administering and implementing the company’s security management system (SMS) Program within defined Metrics & Reporting Thresholds• Administering and implementing the vulnerability management program• Acting as a liaison between the Security team and other teams: IT, Developers, DevSecOps, and program managers to resolve any identified issues.• Reviewing technical approaches to ensure compliance with appropriate policies• Conducting a comprehensive Risk Register and proactively identifying, tracking, mitigating, and communicating risks• Analyzing security risk, developing response procedures and ensuring that critical IT risk issues are communicated to and reviewed by appropriate levels of management.• Documenting incidents and submitting reports (including root cause analysis and corrective action plans)• Managing the execution, implementation, and maintenance of cybersecurity projects• Facilitating efficient communication across all levels of a project to ensure consistency in reaching the project's goal, and to help in the recognition of any potential opportunities, risks or complications.• Measuring and reporting to management on the effectiveness and efficiency of IT Risk Management activities.• Identification of security gaps, selecting appropriate tools, and managing implementation o Requirements gathering/design/vetting/RFP process o Defining ongoing management program for each tool/project o Reviewing analysis results, investigating, reporting out, working with Sr. Cybersecurity Analyst

Preferred Skills:• SSCP, CISSP or CISM• Cloud Certifications- Azure or AWS

Education and/or Experience:• 4-year college degree• Preferred advanced degree in relevant field (Cybersecurity, IT)• 2+ years of work experience in security, auditing, and compliance areas, with emphasis on these areas: o Enforcing information security policy o Administering a company’s security management system (SMS) o Managing to metrics o Administering a vulnerability management program o Monitoring a comprehensive risk register and mitigating risks
