Job Summary:This individual will lead a team of Quality Assurance Analysts and will be responsible for planning and conducting a wide range of quality assurance tasks, including analyzing requirements, test planning and strategy, developing and executing tests, evaluating results and reporting, and promoting organizational and product integrity.

Responsibilities:•Help to grow and mentor the Quality Assurance Team

Review documentation to understand testing requirements, test environments and objectives.•Proactively participate in maintaining and improving team standards and best practices• Write Test plans based on customer needs•Translate requirements into detailed test cases

Peer review other team members test cases•Participated in all phases of testing.•Work with users to support User Acceptance Testing, Training, and more.•Communicate release status to management team regarding overall quality of project and state of work.

Required Skills:•5-7 years of experience working as a QA Tester and 1-3 years as a QA lead

•Self-motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Effectively collaborate and coordinate with both on-shore and off shore team members•Experience testing web based applications on desktops and mobile devices•Positive attitude•Ability to read and understand technical documentation.•Ability to think abstract "outside the box "•Passionate about product success.•Ability to handle overlapping assignments.•Ability to manage and oversee team member efforts.•Ability to understand and promote process improvements as needed supported by team.•Define QA scope and objectives.

Preferred Technology Skills/Experience:•Experience working with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (preferred).•Experience and understanding of agile development life cycle.•Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology related field (preferred).
