- Work closely with staff & product owners to maximize team effectiveness and product delivery
- Ensure products meet or exceed internal standards
- Foster an environment of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Provide mentorship that encourages honesty, transparency, and recognition
- Manage vendors and vendor relations, review tools and services regularly to ensure maximization of value to teams and customers
- Translate business strategies and customer goals into obtainable and measurable deliverables
- Coordinate with customer program departments to establish requirements and maintain methodology for delivering outstanding solutions
- Manage, prioritize, and justify the business case to keep technology debt under control
- Work with engineering and infrastructure management to ensure applications are secure and compliant
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (desired), or equivalent experience and 10+ years in professional software development
- Experience with a wide range of tools and platforms, including some mix of native mobile development, frontend development, microservice development, containerization, Elasticsearch, and MongoDB
- Proven track record of delivering technology products on time, on schedule, and on budget
- Due to government requirement, only US Citizens will be considered for this role
- Active Secret clearance
