About the Opportunity

DMI (Digital Management, LLC.) is looking for

Requirements-Testing Lead to support our client in Maryland.

This contract position is to help develop, coordinate, and provide quality assurance on the requirements collection, validation, and document production activities, and test case creation and execution for the State of Maryland's eMMA project and its implementation vendor partners.

Responsibilities

o Develop requirements collection and validation processes for SpiraTest RM tool o Develop processes for translating requirements into test scripts and test plans. o Work with vendor to import test scripts into the SpiraTest RM and testing management tool. o Develop regression test creation and management processes using Rapise. o Coordinate and assist in the management of several requirements management collection and review teams. o Implementation of BABOK or PMI-PBA requirements framework to facilitate requirements collection, validation, organization, and document production. o Work with clients and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements. o Develop business requirements and specification and to-be process flows to support the design and implementation of Ivalua. o Work collaboratively with team members to design solutions that meet customer business requirements. o Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet business requirements. o Participate in key meetings with clients including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance, testing, and end user training. o Work on the visibility and security settings as are required by the various businesses. o Define roles required to support the release management workflow. o Apply fundamentals of business systems analysis to properly document both process and automated systems. o Perform development activities required for APIs and custom functions. o Strong interpersonal, communication, and written skills. o Ability to interface with a wide audience ranging from senior executives and associated business personnel to software developers, testers, database architects, and systems engineers. o Experience with Agile methodologies and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks within Sprints.

Qualifications

Education & Training o Bachelor's or master's degree in business, computer science, or technical related field, or equivalent experience. o business analysis certificate.

Skills & Experience Required o 5 years experiences, or more, as a business analyst preparing requirements for enterprise ERP projects that were 5 million dollars or larger. o Knowledge with BABOK, PMI-PBA or other business analysis framework. o 5 or more years preparing user test cases and scripts from requirements. o Experience with a requirements management tool. o Experience with a test case development tool. o Experience with defect tracking tool. o Experience with a regression testing tool a plus. o Experience with Ivalua procurement application a plus.
