We are looking to fill 2 positions for our power washing company. We need an experienced crew leader and a team member to join our existing crews. We complete any power washing job that is available. Residential: siding, concrete, roof, windows, patios, retaining walls, decks, etc. Commercial: Parking garages, buildings, community maintenance, dumpster pads, bulk vehicle (truck) cleaning, etc.
We are a highly rated company with excellent online reviews. We work in a premium market and expect equally premium employees who are dedicated to producing an exemplary product.
Jobs are for 40+ hours a week, full time employment. Some nights are required for commercial jobs. Ladders and roof walking is necessary. These are physically demanding jobs; rain or shine, hot or cold weather. Expect to be out in the field for 8+ hours a day. You must have reliable transportation to get to the office.
You have all federal holidays off! You have a full office staff and manager for assistance.
Crew leader:
Individual should be experienced with equipment, troubleshooting problems with professional power washing equipment, and experienced with common power washing chemicals, the uses and application, as well as potential hazards. We will train the right individual to do the work our way, but always welcome forward thinking.
Should be able to communicate with the client and answer questions. Problem solving and conflict resolution are skills that will assist you being autonomous in the field.
Time management is needed to balance work pace, time allotted, and travel. Must be able to push employees and maintain a brisk work pace.
An eye for safety is needed to keep the workplace safe.
Must be able to follow directions!
Team Member:
Individual must be able to work hard, take direction from others. We look to hire from within for team leaders.
