Maintenance

Apartment Complex looking for experienced person to maintain apartments and do general maintenance. Qualified candidates must have some knowledge of maintenance skills such as plumbing, carpentry, and minor electrical. Must be dependable, willing to learn new skills and work well on their own as well as with others. Need a professional attitude and be trustworthy. Must be available for on-call rotations. M-F with pd holiday, sick, vacation. Health insurance available.
