DSA is looking for TS cleared and eligible for an SCI Cybersecurity Engineer with an excellent system administration background to join our team located in Fort Detrick MD. The selected candidate will be responsible for working with a team of cybersecurity professionals supporting the Defense Information Systems Agency's (DISA) Organizational Messaging Service (OMS) program. The selected candidate will apply patches and change system configurations (to include the Group/Local Policy and Windows registry). Responsibilities include resolving security findings on systems, supporting the DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) process by providing responses to security controls and gathering evidence, ensuring compliance of systems with the DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVAs). Required Skills: Candidate must have experience with Active Directory, including deploying changes via Group/Local Policy and the registry. Candidate must be able to obtain a TS/SSBI with SCI clearance. Candidate must hold an IAT II qualified certification (example Security+). Candidate must demonstrate an attention to detail. Candidate must possess excellent communication and technical writing skills. Desired Skills: System Administration experience a plus. Experience utilizing Powershell Script and batch commands a plus Experience deploying DISA's Secure Host Baseline (SHB) a plus Experience with DISA's Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) a plus. Experience with CYBERCOM's Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) notices a plus. Experience with DISA's Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) is a plus. Experience with DoD's Endpoint Security Solution (ESS) a plus. Working knowledge of public key infrastructure and encryption systems a plus. Required/Desired Education & Certifications: Candidate must hold or obtain within six months of employment an IAT II qualified certification (example Security+).
