DataFlow System Engineer, SeniorKey Role:Provide system engineering support to shape the evolution of mission data governance by leading modernization and operational support efforts for the client's corporate data flow team. Provide Tier I operations support for customer data flow requests, specify requirements for new data flows, coordinate with data flow service providers, and define processes, business rules, and functional requirements for mission systems that support data governance. Apply advanced consulting and extensive technical expertise and merge system engineering and mission data governance knowledge to create modernized processes and systems supporting corporate data management for a national security client. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members. Broaden your skillset into areas like data governance, targeting, smart data, and cloud-based technologies.Basic Qualifications:-14 years of experience with working on contracts for the federal government-Experience with data flow, targeting, or mission systems-Experience with software or system requirements management and user acceptance testing-Experience with developing capability-level and functional requirements, mission scenarios, use cases, or business processes-Experience with defining and modeling business processes and workflows and identifying mechanisms and approaches for process improvement or automation-Experience with using Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint-Knowledge of the signals intelligence (SIGINT) life cycle-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph-BS degree in Engineering or 19 years of experience with systems engineering in lieu of a degreeAdditional Qualifications:-Experience in defining requirements, architecture, or design elements for systems or software that deal with external partner data exchange or sharing-Experience in working with the Atlassian Suite products-Experience with client agency SMART data efforts-Knowledge of general distributed processing methodologies and Cloud-based architectures and technologies-Knowledge of agency policies and directives as they apply to IT SIGINT collection, dataflow, and information sharing with internal and external partners-Knowledge of mission data formats and legal authorities for mission dataClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required.We're an EOE that empowers our people-no matter their race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other protected characteristic-to fearlessly drive change. #LI-AH1, CMDVacancy expired!
