Secure Mobile Device Tier III Engineer, MidThe Challenge:A well-designed secure mobile environment is critical to move data and enable agencies to achieve their mission, but how can an organization make sure their environment will fit their current and evolving needs? Crafting the right environment, with the right equipment and software, requires a combination of technical acumen and careful planning. That's why we need you, a test engineer who knows how to evaluate and validate the exact environment the DoD needs!As a test engineer on our team, you'll consult for the DoD and support mobile device and operating system Tier III functions within a classified environment. You will perform security and functional testing on secure mobile smartphones and tablets using sound testing principles and a variety of custom and third-party tools. You'll configure devices and software for use within production environments, including issuance and installation of X.509 certificates and provisioning devices to Enterprise Mobile Device Management. You will lead the creation of test plans and reports with the ability to independently present findings to Government clients. You'll provision and configure secure mobile devices for high-profile, DoD senior leadership, as required.This is your chance to support your team in growing its knowledge base while broadening the scope of your test engineering work. - Experience with mobile device management and enterprise mobile management infrastructure
- Experience with Windows and Linux server infrastructure
- Experience with PKI concepts and applications, including certificate management
- Ability to harden mobile devices according to DoD guidance as applicable, including DoD STIGs
- Ability to develop diagrams accurately including with Microsoft Visio
- Ability to write and execute client-ready test plans and test case scenarios, and write and present client-ready test reports
- Top Secret clearance
- BA or BS degree
- DoD Approved 8570 IAT Level II baseline certification, including CCNA, GSEC, or Security+ce
- Experience with mobile device operating systems, including iOS, Android, Windows
- Experience with troubleshooting network outages and other common infrastructure issues
- Experience with the latest mobile operating system STIGs released by the DoD
- Registration Authority (RA) DoD Public Key Infrastructure training and credentials
