We are seeking highly motivated Operational Computer Systems Analysts to join our team and leverage their technical expertise to manage the functionality of new and existing computer, and telecommunications systems and networks. As the Operational Computer Systems Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with multi-disciplined engineering teams and organizations to investigate technical issues, and propose and implement mitigation strategies and corrective actions for mission-critical systems and networks. Your responsibilities will include the following:- Interpreting and investigating observed and/or reported problems, including, but not limited to, functional, performance, and processing issues for mission-critical computing applications, systems, and subsystems within a computing infrastructure
- Monitoring and reporting operational status of mission-critical computing applications, systems, and subsystems within a computing infrastructure
- Working with system users to understand and translate user requests and issues into technical diagnoses, and developing strategies and mitigation approaches to respond with technical solutions that meet and exceed expectations
- Installing, removing, replacing, and supporting the disposition of desktop systems
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Systems Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in network or systems administration
- 5+ years of experience in information technology management and/or support
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Experience in customer service for mid-, large-, and/or enterprise-scale information systems
