System Administrator (SA)Fort Meade MarylandFULL TIMESystem Administrator (SA) shall possess the following capabilities:Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems; Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems; Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems; Knowledge of EKMS or KMI Networks; Provide system evaluation, audits, user acceptance testing; Excellent Customer communication skills and Customer Service; Participate in daily meetings; Ability to provide customer or team training We are looking for someone with about five years of experience and a bachelor’s degree.
