Systems Engineer/Program Manager, SeniorKey Role:

Make an impact every day by leading a Booz Allen Central Maryland contract and technical team. Lead a dynamic team supporting numerous challenging, mission-critical projects that have a direct impact on the nation's security and intelligence mission in the Cybersecurity arena. Provide system engineering support for clients to shape the evolution of mission data governance by leading modernization and operational support efforts for the client's corporate data flow team. Apply advanced consulting and extensive technical expertise and merge system engineering and mission data governance knowledge to create modernized processes and systems supporting corporate data management for a national security client. Solve exciting, cutting-edge, and unique challenges on a fast-paced, dynamic project requiring expertise in systems engineering, data management modernization, strategic planning, mission operations, software development, and Integration and Test. Contribute to program efforts in several areas, including cost management, schedule estimation and tracking, contract performance management, risk management, requirements analysis, and quality assurance activities. Ensure proper performance of tasks necessary to ensure the most efficient and effective execution of the contract, leverage expert communication expertise to direct technical resources, report on the technical progress, issues, and problem areas, and write and review technical documents.

Basic Qualifications:

-20+ years of experience as a systems engineer

-5+ years of experience as a PM, DPM, or TTO lead and comprehending basic TTO management, including allocating resources, such as staffing, facilities, and budgets

-Experience in tactical sales and collaborating with other leaders and other account leaders to sell business that provides highly technical opportunities for staff

-Experience with conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting

-Experience with defining and modeling business processes and workflows and identifying mechanisms and approaches for process improvement or automation

-Knowledge of the signals intelligence (SIGINT) life cycle, data formats, and legal authorities and tagging for mission data

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BS degree or 25+ years of experience with systems engineering in lieu of a degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with working on mission data flow, mission data compliance, or associated systems

-PMP or PMI-ACP Certification preferred

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
