Client Mind is currently searching for a Client Relations Specialist for our client in Frederick, MD.
The primary function of this position will be to provide high-level customer service to current and potential clients via telephone and email as well as preparing cost proposals to clients and replying to RFP's.
Tasks to Be Performed:
Answer client phone calls and emails
Prepare proposals for clients. (RFP)
Work with clients who visit our facility to have data destroyed or equipment recycled.
Contact, via phone and email current and inactive clients
Assist other team members as may be required
Greet and provide service to our walk-in clients
Additional task requests as needed
Position Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Business Relations, Proposal Writing. Business Sales, Federal and/or Corporate Experience in the area of IT or electronic systems is preferred.
Basic IT knowledge is a plus.
Must be familiar with MS Word, Excel, and other MS Office programs
Familiarity with evaluating, preparing, and completing RFPs and proposals.
Related Experience and success in customer service.
Proven oral and written communication skills including the ability to write, edit, and proofreading of proposals
Strong work ethic
Independent working and decision-making skills
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google G Suite
Easily adaptable to a fast-paced office environment
Working knowledge of the Internet and research skills
Position Requirement:
Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds (necessary when assisting clients who drop off equipment)

Must be able to pass a background check including a criminal check
Must be able to pass a drug test
