What You'll Get to Do:

CACI is seeking a Configuration Management Coordinator to support our client in Frederick, MD. They will implement the appropriate business process at the direction of the Change Management (CM) Systems Engineer. They will organize the day-to-day activities of change requests and communicate progress with team members. They will Maintain and monitor software duplication, labeling, and cataloging of change management artifacts. They will work with computer based duplication software and label printers and coordinate quality control measures to ensure accurate final product And they will follow direction with acute attention to detail and time management and work with team members and independently, with minimal supervision and interface with cross-functional teams, suppliers, technical and support staff.

More About the Role:
  • Provide support to CM engineering for production, documentation, storage and delivery of products
  • Adhere to structured method for change control processes and follow documented procedures
  • Communicate with team members to ensure proper understanding and timely delivery of change management requests
  • Organize quality check of final product to ensure accuracy and quality, before delivery
  • Report progress of CM deliverables and timely reporting of issues
  • Work with vendor to support label printers and duplication software
  • Maintain equipment inventory and coordinate return of equipment as needed

You'll Bring These Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in business processes or business administration
  • Associate degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
  • Change Management principles and best practices
  • Windows Operating Systems: Windows 10
  • Duplication software applications
  • Label printers and label printing software applications
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in fast-paced environments
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Active Secret clearance
