Job Description
The Assistant Project Manager will directly support and backup our Project Management Team.
Assist with scope development and estimates
Coordinate schedule project timelines
Foster positive relationships with subcontractors and clients
Manage administrative support for jobs from start to finish
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in an assistant project manager role in the construction industry
Solid working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Project and Excel
Able to establish priorities, meet firm deadlines, and problem solve
Strong estimating/buyout/submittal skills
Strong people skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Self-motivated and willing to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Customer-service orientation with a positive, can-do attitude
