BUSINESS CHANGE MANAGER FOR PHARMA MANUFACTURINGFREDERICK, MD Can be Fully Remote for East Coast Candidates only. Project Description: This role is to work as a Business Change Manager within the Operations Manufacturing Accounting project a project that will deliver the granular level of detail to allow Site and Market level decision making in the manufacturing of our Brands. You will be working closely with the Regional Project Lead in being the bridge between the Program and the business and a key part of the central project team that will be deploying the overall Change and Communications strategy. Reporting To the Project Lead You Will Be:
- Supporting delivery of new capability with the planned realization of benefits.
- Supporting the Project Led to ensure that the scope of the project covers the necessary aspects required to deliver the solution that will lead to the identified operational benefits.
- Supporting the identification, definition and tracking of the benefits.
- Supporting delivery of the activities associated with benefits realization and ensuring that continued accrual of benefits can be achieved and measured following handover assisting to establish and implement the mechanisms by which benefits can be delivered and measured.
- Supporting alignment of required changes to BAU process as the project delivers into operational use.
- Supporting the transition plan; ensuring that BAU is maintained during the transition and changes are effectively integrated into the business.
- Working with the Training Lead to prepare the BAU organization for transition to new ways of working.
- Supporting overall delivery of the change, communications and training plans for the project.
- You will support change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping and communications strategy working with the Project Lead to support engagement activities.
- You will work closely with the project and the business and work to the overall program methodology.
- You will support the Project Lead in gaining the trust and respect of internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting Change Impact Assessment and Change Plans.
- Developing and executing best practice engagement communication to support activities.
- Supporting stakeholder mapping and action delivery.
- Supporting planning, development and delivery of engagement events.
- Delivery of change communication materials and visual assets; aligning with project branding.
- Working with the Comms Manager to capture employee voice to ensure messages are landing appropriately and with desired behavioral change.
- Delivering digital channel engagement.
- Excellent and demonstrable writing ability, project management, planning and multi-channel communications experience (particularly digital communications) is essential, with a proven track record for delivering successful change communications to diverse audiences.
- A sound financial background is desirable.
- You will be pro-active in your approach, confident in your capabilities, have exemplary personal judgment and resilience and enjoy working as part of a close-knit team.
- Bachelor's Degree in finance, Business or relevant field.
- Proven track record in delivering large strategic projects in business transformation with a hands-on approach, across different national and business boundaries.
- Deep knowledge of software (SAP and BI) development projects and delivery in dynamic environments.
- Finance experience

- Change communications qualification
- Candidates must have project-based experience. It will be vital for this resource to be comfortable with project workstreams, interfacing with various teams, and meeting project-based deliverables.
- Candidates must have change management experience.
- A finance background would be a huge plus.
- Pharma manufacturing experience would be a huge plus.
- SAP experience would be a huge plus.
