A well-established Technical Solutions and Services Company supporting clients in the Maryland, DC, and Virginia area is looking for a highly motivated full time or part time IT technician. The experience required includes:
PC/Laptop installation and configuration (Windows 10) Laptops and Desktops
Application installation and configuration to include Microsoft products, Email, remote monitoring software,
and specific business applications (depending on client requirements)
Networking (Wireless and Wired) Installation, Configuration, and Troubleshooting
Hardware troubleshooting and replacement
Peripheral installation, configuration and troubleshooting (printers, scanners, etc)
Data backup and recovery
Must have good troubleshooting skills
Windows Server experience is a plus
Must have reliable transportation and be willing to work some evenings and weekends if the customer or task cannot be completed during normal working hours.
Must have reliable internet at home for supporting customers remotely.
Must be detail oriented and have high ethical standards.
Most of the work is done remotely. Travel to the client site may be required to setup systems and provide on-site support, or if remote access is not available travel would be required.
