- in-depth experience with Windows 10 including troubleshooting, data backup, PXE imaging, data migration, OS setup, application installation.
- iOS and Android support and Multi Factor Authentication support experience is a bonus.
- High school education or equivalent and 4+ years of related experience.
- Candidates should have in-depth experience with Windows 10 including troubleshooting, data backup, PXE imaging, data migration, OS setup, application installation.
- Experience with McAfee FDE, Bomgar, ServiceNow, Druva inSync, and multi-factor authentication/PKI, M365, Teams, MS Office 2016, MS inTune & Mobile Iron EMM software.
- Techs will provide face to face and remote End User support.
- Ability to learn quickly and the facility to show a high level of social interaction skill is required.
- Technician must be capable of adapting to a constantly changing IT environment.
- iOS and Android support and Multi Factor Authentication support experience is a bonus.
