- The Center for Innovations and Medical Excellence is looking for an Administrative Associate to join a fast-growing team within the Client's US Medical Affairs Oncology division.
- Primarily supporting the Head of Centers for Innovations and Medical Excellence (CIME) the Administrative Associate will also be responsible for working with other members of the team as needed.
- Providing administrative assistance, such as preparing agendas for meetings, taking minute notes, and making sure items are distributed to appropriate members.
- Organize and maintain TEAMS and SHAREPOINT file structures.
- Performing minor accounting duties, including opening purchase orders, tracking purchase orders and scopes of work for projects within the CIME and ensuring invoices are paid on-time.
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
- Managing the head's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
- Collaborating with other departmental administrative assistants to organize larger division wide meetings as needed.
