- Business degree
- Experienced Systems Functional Lead of Learning / Talent & Development systems & project experience (5 years)
- Strong networking, communication and relationship-building skills, with experience of collaborating and sharing knowledge between diverse teams

- Provide functional expertise and understanding of business application for SET area learning tech solutions
- Works to provide a smooth transition from fit gap into product implementation
- Works directly with the business to gather an understanding of their business needs and assists in configuration and implementation of the software
- Actively involved in the design, business requirements and go-live
- Meet with customers and IT project team members to consult, configure, implement and support client requirements
- Ensure accurate daily entries and descriptions are entered into JIRA
- Attend project planning, department and company meetings
- Act as the system 'Product Owner' for solutions that are both being implemented and already live
- Engage with business stakeholders to capture user requirements and provide recommendations on system architecture, configuration and usage
- Works with IT and program stakeholders to determine optimal solution and process design
- Works with the business on the change impacts of system deployments / changes in usage, including deployment plans and potential system rationalization opportunities
- Supports the development of solution / content migration plans to the Enterprise technologies
- Collaborates effectively with peer T&D Functional Leads, Learning / Development SMEs, Solution Architects and the Technology Lead managing interdependencies and ensuring a joined up holistic overall solution offering across Learning and Talent processes, and in line with the T&D Technology Roadmap
- Evaluates fit gap with current SET are solutions, working with business stakeholders to determine deployment of new functionality and impacts on end users / support model
- Owns the test strategy and plan for product enhancement releases. Guides test scope / strategy for new solution implementations
- Supports the Training Lead to determine the Training Strategy required for the different stakeholder groups that will interact with newly deployed solutions
- Acts as the solution point person during post go-live Hypercare phases
- Supports multiple application implementations / releases concurrently effectively managing workload and priorities
