Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company is looking for a UAT Business Analyst to be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, validating, specifying, verifying, and managing the business needs of the project stakeholders, and end users for their Access Services Project Management team. We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.Responsibilities of the UAT Business Analyst:- Work together with project teams, end users/stakeholders to look over, understand, and write down the business processes or needs
- Write down functional analysis and create detailed business requirements and suggest improvements to business processes with system solutions
- Perform requirements analysis, model the business process using process diagrams, flowcharts, data models, decision models
- Generate, validate, and maintain analytical reports from a variety of sources in support of operations and applications.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Create and maintain use cases, user stories, system requirements specifications, requirements traceability matrix, interface requirements with other systems, and user guides.
- Participating in ALL stages of a Release including Pre-Grooming and Technical Grooming.
- A Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience working on IT related projects
- At least 3 years of experience with documenting processes; requirements gathering, analysis as well as with user acceptance testing
- Some experience with general business functions
- Strong ability to multitask and work on multiple parallel projects working knowledge and experience with healthcare applications and technology
- Experienced with Agile methodology
