Description:The Benefits Representative will work in a call center environment acting as the main resource for benefits education, benefit problem resolution, and general benefits administration. 2-3 years’ experience in a customer service capacity

Provide world class customer service in a call center environment receiving both heavy call and email volume

Process benefit requests timely and accurately

Assist with reconciling benefit data through an error reporting system

Act as a liaison for benefit scenarios/processes between employees, Field Support, Benefit Broker, insurers, etc.

The Benefits Representative will utilize their knowledge and experience to resolve benefit problems

Action oriented and able to prioritize while handling multiple tasks

Ability to protect and maintain the confidentiality of data

The Benefits Representative will utilize their knowledge and experience to resolve benefit problems.Skills:Customer Service, Administrative Support, Receptionist, Call Center, Inbound Calls, Open Enrollment, Benefits, Microsoft Excel Additional Skills & Qualifications:-Must have at minimum 2 year of customer service experience in an office environment (admin, call center, medical field, office assistant, receptionist, open enrollment, inbound, service industry)2 years of customer service experience (Internships, Working as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant)
