Must have OSHA 10 Certification before starting.Description:Unloading of various tools and materialsInspecting quality of the panels and efficiency.Repair and Maintenance of Solar Panels on farm.Candidates must be able to lift 50lbs.Labeling all of the wires and documenting/inspectionsResponsibilities:Provide recommendations for maintaining and improving project Safety performance.Check work along the way to ensure adherence to code and specifications.Ensure company equipment, material, and the work site are maintained, kept clean, and stored in a safe manner.Collect and dispose of scrap, excess materials, and refuse.Unloading trucks and staging materials in the field.Critical thinking: Your job will require that you identify the strengths and weaknesses of solutions to problems in order to choose the one that is most likely to be successful and cost-effective.Ability to work in a production environment where daily production goals are set, evaluated and optimized.Skills:General labor, OHSA 10, Construction, solar, solar installation, Hand tool, Mechanical, actuatorAdditional Skills & Qualifications:-Construction experience preferred.-Ability to work outdoors and work under extreme weather.-Trucking unloading and staging and inventory experience.-1 + years Construction experience-Ability to work off a ladder-Strong work ethic-Attention to detail-Ability to work with tools and equipment such as, power and non-powered hand tools-Strong teamwork orientation-Positive attitude and professionalismJob TypeThis is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Hurlock, Maryland.Work EnvironmentHours are Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, with a 40-hour work week and possible occasional overtime.About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
