Job Description
Managing our customer's design needs! The successful candidate would join a CRM team where:- You will support and initiate external communication with new and existing customers
- Work with current systems in place to deliver optimum client and customer satisfaction
- Daily targetsmeet both customer and commercial needs, at all times.
- Work with the Senior CRM Managers to help implement ongoing marketing campaigns that improve customer engagement and insight
- Report back oninsights and reporting behind all acquisition activity (Weekly/Monthly)
- Ensure the acquisition pipelineplan operates to its optimum.
Qualifications
Characteristics, skills, and experience required Character:
- Excellent focus.
- Ability to grasp complex technical concepts.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Flexibility to take on tasks outside daily duties.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages.
- Knowledge of Excel.
- CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent command of English.
- Above average written and verbal communication skills
