Daily tasks:- Manage the reception area
- Meet and greet new and existing clients
- Ordering new stationery and office supplies
- Manage upper management meeting and event schedule
- Work with suppliers and negotiate terms and contracts
- Organize team nights for staff and team-building exercises
- Be the office 'go-to' person
Qualifications
Key Skills Required:- Minimum 1-2 years' experience within an office
- A positivepersonality that works well witha team
- Strong organizational andanalytical skills
- A strong level of skill in Excel is essential

- Experience in collaborating with colleagues in cross departments
