Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer telephones and direct inquiries in a professional and client-centric manner.
Assist with the collection of accounts receivable
Maintain tracking of client catering credits
Maintain confidential personnel files.
Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers.
Complete and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Process invoices for payment - using the computer.
Assist in the preparation of end-of-month financial reports.
Attend in-service and/or safety meetings as required.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment; ability to perform the job safely.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Catering Experience is preferred
Hospitality Experience is preferred
A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or hospitality is preferred.
Must be detail-oriented
Experience working with high-volume requests
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to conduct market research will be essential
Ability to build rapport with prospective clients
