- The team works in an depot/office setting unpackaging and receiving customer equipment in the tracking system.
- This includes data verification, data entry and follow ups.
- The boxes can contain multiple radios/ 2 way communication devices - so they need to be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Experience: 4 - 7 years of exp needed in billing, work order creation, data entry in a SAP/ ERP system, and packaging subscriber repairs received in a Depot environment.
- Ability to multi task with strong attention to detail is a must to ensure timely processing of activity and Customer Satisfaction.
- Excellent written and oral skills are critical.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills are required.
- Ability to work well in a team environment, with ability to demonstrate professionalism with all responsibilities.
- Must possess strong computer skills, phone skills, the ability to take direction and work with superiors, take initiative and drive for results.
- Must be flexible, and have the ability to maintain a positive attitude while managing a heavy work load. During peak times, overtime will be required
- Assignment is for 3 months to start with extensions in 3 months increments up to 2 years based on needs of the business and worker performance
- Since this assignment can go thru 2 years the HM is looking for people with stable work history
