- Desktop and mobile computer software installation, configuration, troubleshooting.
- Desktop and mobile computer hardware and operating system installation, configuration, troubleshooting.
- Desktop and mobile computer software installation, configuration, troubleshooting.
- Desktop and mobile computer Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and VPN configuration and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot desktop and mobile computer peripherals to include, but not limited to, scanners, printers (local and networked), monitors, etc.
- Personal Computer software application support including Office 365.
- Follow established processes for fixed asset management.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Support to customers will be in person, over the phone, or remotely.
