Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Mass Communications, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field required.Requires in-depth knowledge and expertise in the AV/VTC environment, including working knowledge of components, line drawings, and others as they pertain to the layout and functionality of AV/VTC systemsMinimal 6 - 8 years of experienceStrong AutoCAD skills, with the ability to create AV design drawing packagesWorks independently, receives minimal guidance, and excels in delivering design packages on timeHas deep knowledge of one or more infrastructure components, specifically POLY/ZOOM systemsDemonstrates ability to be flexible/ adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing prioritiesProven ability to learn business processes quickly and to work well with business partners at different levels within the organizationStrong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications/products and business functionsExperience delivering AV technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment

Top 3 must haves:1. Must have strong AutoCAD experience and skills, especially with AV design work as this will be the primary job function2. Must have min 6-8 years of experience within the AV industry3. Excellent written and oral communication skills

In addition:Familiar with working with Facilities teams, general contractors, LVC, and other trades that participate in the building out of spaces to support AV/VTC systems.
