Title: Compliance and Risk Analyst Top requirements: Someone who is detailed oriented and can work independently since this person will be responsible for reviewing investments information to see if there are any inconsistencies , corrections to made, etc. Industry knowledge is preferred. Summary The team is an integral component of the compliance and risk program for digital properties, including review of investment vehicle information across II, RPS, and USI, supporting strategic business initiatives for II and RPS, the creation and maintenance policies & procedures (p&ps), coordination of the Unexpected Incident process for digital properties across the enterprise, as well as launching an ADA program firm wide. Our organization has proven to be a critical and sought-after partner to the business. Our efforts to build an in-depth understanding of regulations regarding all TRP Investment Vehicles to ensure our clients have access to both accurate data and required information across our digital platforms in both II, RPS, and for part of USI has positioned us well with the business but has driven increased demands from both our current partners and additional business units. To support the increasing demands in the distribution segments already supported while expanding to include our GDEO digital properties for Americas and support our new Digital Strategy organization. Supporting Details This role will allow us to continue establishing the Digital Governance program within RPS and II along with expanding support into USI and Americas. The focus of this role will be to perform the monitoring already established for the in-scope digital properties and establish the monitoring protocols as the team expands into USI and Americas. As the team expands, the team will ultimately monitor up to 60 digital properties (further research is needed to determine the number of sites that will be appropriate for the team to monitor). Having this resource will provide the capacity for the team to not only expand their monitoring reach, but also support the continued expansion of the ADA program, digital incident response and remediation, and website retention processes that are an ongoing need for Global Distribution and the firm. This new associate will allow the current team to:

  • Document requirements of the OUS regulations through policies and procedures
  • Create gold source documents for data following through the varies web properties
  • Serve as a compliance coordinator for the new Digital Strategy team
  • Increase capacity to assist on client experience initiatives
  • Aid business units in complying with digital retention requirements
  • Expand monitoring of digital properties to ensure investment vehicle information remains compliant with applicable regulations
  • Support client experience teams in launching new products on digital properties
  • Monitor ETF data on digital properties as outlined in web data governance policy TYPICAL QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND 5+ years of total relevant work experience. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills when interacting with a diverse group of internal contacts
  • Program/project management skills: establish project plans, deliver assignments on time, and accountable for results within a resource-constrained environment
  • Ability to draft sophisticated documents for senior business leaders and the Chief Compliance Officer's review
  • Understanding II, RPS and USI businesses
