Job Description: Sr. Jira Administrator - Owings Mills, MD Key Skills: Jira, Atlassian, Cloud, Access, Agile, Kanban, project management Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years' experience managing and configuring Atlassian products (Jira Software, Jira Service Manager, Jira Automation) on-premises and cloud based
- Experience with Atlassian Market place add-ons such as Zephyr Automated Test Suite and ScriptRunner
- Demonstrated proficiency with scripting and automation (bash, python, other programming languages)
- Experience automating manual tasks
- Experience with Agile processes and other tools in the space (Rally, Trello)
- Experience with identity management, SSO, and license management
- Experience supporting custom and third-party software integrations into a SaaS platform via API
- Experience with large platform migration efforts
- The Sr. Jira Administrator will be responsible for supporting Jira Server and Atlassian cloud products, such as Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Access.
- Familiar with Agile and Kanban development frameworks and project management
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues
- Able to demonstrate experience supporting technical users and conduct requirements analysis
- Can work independently with minimal guidance & oversight
- Experience with IT Service Management and familiarity Incident & Problem management
- Experience with administering, upgrading or migrating products.
