Our financial services client is looking for a Procurement Contracts Administrator to join their team.We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. Responsibilities of the Procurement Contracts Administrator: - Manage all buying or inquiry requests that come through the procurement intake process
- Support a broad range of requests and route requests to the appropriate resource or workflow to fulfill the requirement
- Review request forms for completeness and reasonableness
- Perform comprehensive contract management and maintain contract repository data integrity
- Support special contract administration projects
Requirements of the Procurement Contracts Administrator: - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 2-3 years of Purchasing/Procurement experience
- 1-2 years' experience with procurement/purchasing technology
- Demonstrated experience using Contract Lifecycle Management Applications, Microsoft Office Suite, Office 365, and SharePoint
- eProcurement experience with Coupa/Ariba
- Oracle financials experience
- Help desk environment experience
- Understanding of P2P
