Technical Knowledge -System Software Experience Desired (Programming, maintenance, optimization, and support)Primary:
- Lenel S2 – (Enterprise-wide access control system)
- Milestone VMS (Enterprise-wide CCTV system)
- FLIR DvTEL (CCTV - This one is not as important as S2 and Milestone)
- Briefcam (AI CCTV Analytics system, not a pr
- Work with CREWS / General Services to maintain access-controlled doors.
- Dispatch and assist service technicians. (Assist from software terminal positions, they don’t need to be physically at the doors)
- Monitor CCTV systems for cameras that have gone offline.
- Dispatch and assist security technicians. (Same as door maintenance, support from the software end.)
- Work with TRP IT in certain situations.
- Provide S2 and Milestone technical support for Allied Universal Officers.
- Support 24/7 security command centers (GSOC) in OM and COS
- Updating internal IT device tracking systems.
