DISYS is hiring SrviceNow reporting analyst for contract to hire role. This role stats remotely, candidates must live on the East Coast in USA.

We are not able to sponsor visa for this role and candidates from outside USA wont be able to support this role.

The primary role of the ServiceNow Reporting Analyst is to provide analytical support for leadership and service delivery process owners and users by providing timely and accurate execution of routine reports with efficiency & automation. In addition, the Reporting Analyst will assist in automating routine activities for Process Owners and users. When new reports are requested, the ServiceNow Reporting Analyst is responsible for conducting research and soliciting feedback to gain an understanding of incoming requests to create meaningful and actionable reports. The ServiceNow Reporting Analyst will collaborate with Process Owners and users as necessary in order to ensure that their needs are properly met. The ServiceNow Reporting Analyst should be able to thoroughly analyze the request in order to find solutions to unique problems. The ServiceNow Reporting Analyst will proactively identify reporting needs for our leadership and user base to provide actionable, reports for planning and monitoring. The ServiceNow Reporting Analyst will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow reporting functionality and will leverage the reporting capability to provide insights and support to the organization. The role will be a champion for ServiceNow reporting and will work with our clients to meet and exceed their needs. Partner with Product Owners to ensure we have a standardized utilization of the reporting capabilities within the ServiceNow Platform. The analyst will work to develop guidelines and standards for taking advantage of reporting to ensure consistent usage of data elements and elimination of redundant report within the platform. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: Define and refine IT key performance indicators (KPIs), SLAs and metrics, including targets. Tracks and analyzes performance, process adherence and compliance against targets. Develop, maintain and produce operational and strategic reports and dashboards. Enhance, standardize and automate reporting capabilities, governance and processes. Monitor, analyze and report on vendor and internal teams performance and SLA compliance. Ensure accuracy of IT metrics and reporting. Analyze data to derive insightful actions and recommendations. Spearhead process simplification and value maximizing initiatives Promote process adoption and compliance via documentation, communication and training. Liaise between auditors and IT team to facilitate audit requests. Partner with IT stakeholders to develop remediation plans to compliance issues audit findings, and drive issues and risks to closure. Develop, prioritize and execute a roadmap for ServiceNow Reporting and Analytics. Lead ideation and requirement specification of reporting and other ITSM capabilities. Support the design, testing and implementation of ServiceNow projects and enhancements. Assist with ServiceNow administration, support and troubleshooting activities as needed. Assists in the preparation of presentation materials for management. Supports management of the relationship with key strategic vendors.

  • Strong analytical competence, and an ability to structure complex or undefined business problems, identify risks and develop options/solution. Knowledge and experience developing reporting solutions using ServiceNow. Good interpersonal, communication, presentation, organizational skills and detail orientation. Strong listening, written, verbal, and presentation communications skills. Willing to speak up to present ideas for improving processes and reducing inefficiencies. Ability to prioritize, set, and meet realistic deadlines for projects. Is able to operate in areas of uncertainty and ambiguity. Ability to learn and grasp new concepts and tools quickly. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Outstanding data structuring skills and proficient in relational database management, maintenance, and design. Detail-oriented with an affinity for systems knowledge and ad-hoc problem-solving. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Strong follow-up, organization skills, and detail-oriented. Ability to learn and grasp new concepts quickly. Positive attitude, and willingness to collaborate with colleagues. Extensive ServiceNow reporting and dashboarding experience Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics is strongly preferred Data analytics, reporting and building dashboards Thorough attention to details, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills Experience doing analytical work, preferably in support of IT operational efficiency continuous improvement efforts Proficiency with Excel, SQL and reporting tools Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment Ability to work independently or as a member of a team Strong customer centric orientation with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Passion for improving and simplifying processes to maximize value Self-starter with strong technical skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams towards task completion. Ability to translate technical specifications into business requirements and vice-versa Ability to document the process and tool functionality for training purposes Experience in vendor SLA management is preferred Ability to perform duties with limited supervision
