M9 Solutions is seeking a
Tactical Systems Administrator (Network Engineer) to workon a government contract for a client located in Patuxent River, MD. An active Top Secret clearance is required with SCI eligibility. Responsibilities- Support on a government contract's digital transformation which requires leveraging advanced digital tools to implement fundamentally different business models across all business, technology development, workforce, and mission operation domains.

- Act as the functional team lead for teams performing the above functions.
- Coordinate and oversee the tasking of other team members, tracking project progress, and participating in planning of projects, resourcing, and events.
- Establish and maintain an integrated partnership with HQ management, engineering, and support organizations.
- Ensure timely completion of all contractual deliveries to the customer.
- Install, configure, and maintain an organizations local area network (LAN), data communications network, operating systems, and physical and virtual servers.
- Perform System monitoring and verify the integrity and availability of hardware, network, and server resources and systems.
- Review System and application logs and verify completion of scheduled jobs, including system backups.
- Analyze network and server resource consumption and control user access.
- Install and upgrade software and maintain software licenses.
- May assist in network emulation/virtualization, analysis, planning, and coordination between network and data communications hardware and software.
- An active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Bachelor's degree and 12-15 years' experience or Masters' degree and 10-13 years' experience or PhD and 10+ years' experience in an Information Technology or Computer Science, or Technical Degree area of study or related discipline.
- Must be available 24/7/365 within 2 hours.
- Self-starter that likes taking on challenges and being a leader with engineering solutions.
- Collaborates well and likes to work toward consensus within each team.
- NAVAIR Experience is preferred.
- Experience with execution and resource allocation in a dynamic environment is preferred.
