Quality Control Inspector - Job Title: Quality Inspector - $19/hour - 8:30am-5:00pm Monday through FridayResponsibilities:Perform inspections of incoming, in-process, and outgoing material to established criteriaLead weekly QA/QC meeting, a starter and leader in process improvements.Evaluate internal and external quality reports for accuracy and completeness.Coordinate the calibration of inspection, testing, and measuring equipmentGive feedback to suppliers on issues related to qualityCoordinate training activities of personnelEvaluate quality management systems and performance of suppliersEvaluate quality requirements of contractsTraining development and training of staff.Lead warranty process claim and responseFollow legal regulations for a safe and healthy work spaceAny other reasonable activity required by management / leadershipRequired SkillsSelf-starter, can do attitude, critical thinking to improve processes and procedures, get the job done in timely manner.Associate's degree required; bachelor s degree preferred2 years hands-on with manufacturing background, experience in using QA/QC tools and equipment.Ability to read and interpret blue prints, technical drawings and written instructionsAbility to work from incomplete instructions and figure it out when necessaryDexterity must be able to stand, bend, reach, physical strength and stamina .Power user of Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel preferredCertified Quality Technician or Certified Quality Inspector preferredWhy Kelly ® ?As a worker today, it’s up to you to take charge of your career and look for opportunities to learn, grow, and achieve your potential.
