Position Summary: Under the direction of Director of Clinical Quality
Projects and Analytics, the Quality Analytics Project Manager supports
LifeBridge Health's Quality and Patient Safety department through
management of portfolio of projects related to analytics, risk
mitigation, and quality improvement. The Quality Analytics Project
Manager will support the day-to-day management of projects and
administrative items under the division of Clinical Quality Projects &
Analytics (CQPA). He/She will be responsible for summarizing and
organizing information, collecting data from internal and external
stakeholders, tracking and communicating the status of projects,
reviewing accuracy and quality of deliverables, and ensuring activities
that will drive projects to completion. The ideal candidate will have
excellent project management skills and understanding of the work
conducted under a healthcare Quality Analytics team. Support department
Directors, AVP and Chief of Quality, Risk, and Patient Safety to
maintain strategic plan and portfolio of initiatives/projects for the
division. Support annual strategic priorities, implementation plan and
work proactively to resolve operational or administrative challenges. ?
? Essential Functions: Project Management:Manage Projects and
initiatives that includes planning, monitoring, executing, and
controlling the endeavor while maintaining engagement and interest of
stakeholder(s). Manage communication, education, and reporting
throughout the project life cycle.? Practical knowledge of Project
Management methods (PMI and others), quality improvement methods (Lean &
Six Sigma) and their application at the functional level in a hospital
setting, working knowledge of multiple clinical areas, and role of
Quality. Capable to interact with external vendors and internal
stakeholders to ensure communication that is critical to project success
Practical knowledge of creating Charters, Work Breakdown Structure
(WBS), and Status reports to keep leadership informed of project
updates.Capable of providing in-service education to clinical and
non-clinical stakeholders on quality issues based on data outcomes or
industry standards.? Advanced presentation skills- ability to promote
Quality Improvement Initiatives and outcomes to a variety of audiences-
including departmental and senior/executive leadership and other key
stakeholders. Performs duties to help ensure a reliable and successful
project implementation covering the total scope of project. Performs
those processes that are required to track, review and regulate the
progress and performance of the project. Manages all aspects of project
to ensure that projects are successfully completed on time and within
budget. Operations: Proficient to advanced knowledge of unit
operations, performance improvement, regulatory and professional
standards, evidence-based practice patient safety/risk management, and
outcomes management. ? Analytics: Ability to analyze data sets using
Microsoft Excel and present the analysis using Power Point. Advanced use
of Statistical tools, Tableau, and any other data analytics and
presentation tool will be considered added advantage. Proficiency with
data presentation and driving conversations that improve patient
outcomes in a user-friendly format for a variety of audiences. Ability
to develop and facilitate quality improvement projects/teams utilizing
various quality tools will be considered an advantage i.e. Root Cause
Analysis, Lean/Six Sigma, Failure Mode Effects Analysis, etc. ?
Requirements: Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's
degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized
field.? Professional knowledge and demeanor; equivalent to a bachelor's
degree (Master's degree preferred); working knowledge of theory and
practice within a? specialized field. More than three years of
Healthcare experience required, Project Management Professional, Lean,
Agile and Six Sigma?certifications?preferred. ? Six Sigma
