Overview

ZeniMax Media is looking for an Asset Management Coordinator to join our growing IT team. This position will manage technology assets, including but not limited to inventory, software licenses, and contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory control of all IT equipment, including all hardware, including and not limited to PCs, printers, consoles, and peripherals
  • Responsible for physically receiving deliveries, receiving items in Oracle, and proper distribution of any assets received
  • Responsible for receiving, collecting, and opening repair orders and shipping repairable assets
  • Responsible for developing, documenting, and managing IT business processes associated with hardware management
  • Responsible for research, recommendation, and assistance with the implementation of asset management tools and processes
  • Research parts status and track shipments
  • Conduct excess asset redistribution and associated documentation
  • Liaise with product owners and business representatives to ensure proper tracking of all software and hardware products
  • Review technical specifications and determine the best procurement method to be used with respect to laws, regulations, purchasing policies, and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned by the Company

Qualifications

  • Able to lift 60 pounds (monitors, computers, printers, servers)
  • Minimum of 2 years experience managing hardware and software procurement and asset management processes
  • Experience with inventory management systems (e.g., ChangeGear, Flexera, Device42)
  • Ability to work on several tasks at once with frequent interruptions while prioritizing work and meeting sensitive deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment
  • Must be a team player and be willing to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Extremely detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
