A/V Technician

(Junior) to join our team in Rockville, MD where we support the NIH (National Institutes of Health).
  • Provide audio/visual meeting support for federal customer
  • Daily conference room checks: verify all equipment is online, functioning and charged
  • Daily meeting support: hands on technical support resource for customers for all conference room meeting needs• Video• Audio• WebEx• Zoom• MS Teams• Room computer connectivity• Laptop connectivity
  • Supports customer during meetings; support includes video teleconferencing, video display of laptops and/or room computer presentations, WebEx setup, etc.
  • Logs all transactions with customers in ServiceNow

  • High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of technical support experience in audio/visual technologies.
  • Experience supporting telephony, video, network and/or other collaboration devices
  • Experience using ticketing system (prefer ServiceNow)
  • Experience providing customer service and end user support
  • Strong proven record learning new technologies and support
  • Strong written and oral communications required
  • Ability to work core hours of Monday-Friday, 7AM to 4PM or 9 AM to 6 PM Shift
  • Ability to work at various sites in Montgomery County, MD
  • Permanent Residency or US Citizenship required for the government background investigation
