Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking a Staff Program Planner for a position specifically supporting our strategic Energy business area located in Rockville, MD and reporting to Functional Management Team in Dallas, TX. The position will support the preparation and maintenance of program schedules and plans in Primavera (P6). Duties include:Developing Integrated Master Schedules for new or existing development programs from Program Summary Master Schedules.Maintaining schedules, performing risk analyses/assessments, identifying and resolving critical path issues and network logic conflicts.Supporting and participating in negotiations with customer.Supporting and directing proposal preparations for submittal and execution phases, while assessing the progress against established plans and parameters.Formulating and recommending corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, fund allocations, and work requirements.Maintaining cost and schedule integration in accordance with established command media and LM best practicesBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degreeExperience with Critical Path Scheduling methodologyPlanning/scheduling tool experience with Primavera (P6)Earned Value Management experience, specifically Cost / Schedule IntegrationMicrosoft Office Suite experience - specifically Excel and PowerPointProposal Submittal and Execution Phase DevelopmentDesired Skills:Master’s degree with focus in Civil EngineeringExperience with the Schedule Risk Assessment processEarned Value CertificationAdvanced programming languages including VBA and C#Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Integrated Master Plan (IMP) DevelopmentBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:job.QualificationsLockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
