Overview
VariQ is seeking a Program Analyst in support of the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).Additional Information:- Location: Rockville, MD
- Security Clearance: ability to attain Public Trust required
- Availability: June 2021, currently in the proposal stage
- Assist Product managers with the design and implementation of product roadmaps for existing and new products
- Assist with the implementation of Agile/ SDLC/ DevOps product development methodologies in a matrixed-based team environment
- Assist with the tracking and documentation of data product production, issue resolution, and web metrics
- Assist with the ongoing implementation of data product lifecycle (development, test, production, maintenance, and disposition) and governance efforts
- Draft supporting documentation and procedures to help ensure the continuity of product operations (process maps, standard operating procedures, etc.)
- Support effective and efficient communications between technical, technology-oriented and functional, business-oriented members of data product team
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 or more years of IT experience
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Experience with Rally collaboration software
- Demonstrated extensive experience and training as a business analyst or product manager in defining solutions, requirements management, developing wireframes, business logic, user stories, and agile practices for developing, documenting, and updating roadmaps for product features, themes, epics, and user stories.
