ASRC Federal is seeking an
Audio-Visual Project Manager to work remote and/or on-site in Silver Spring, MD. Our services include custom-engineered solutions that integrate with the latest technology, resulting in advanced information technology systems; business and management consulting services to assess client needs and reengineer processes; and strategic and tactical program expertise to support continuity and provide comprehensive oversight for mission-critical initiatives.RESPONSIBILITIES- Manages the audiovisual support team, reviews and enforces service level agreements, and generates end-user surveys to solicit input from the user community.
- Reviews skill levels and skill mix team and coordinates training and the rotation schedule of staff. Reports on team metrics to management.
- Manages the audiovisual install support team, acts as a liaison for the federal government representative to the technology refresh program vendor, documents custom room design efforts and audiovisual escalation beyond the skill set of escalation support (Level 3).
- Coordinates with contract PM to pull resources needed for complex troubleshooting and assists in managing audiovisual projects. Coordinates the collection of audiovisual project documentation needed for NCI project management reporting.
- Create Program Management weekly status reports, create balanced scorecard, coordinate and plan meetings, including documenting meeting discussions and action items
- Track and manage overall project status so that project milestones are met and that change activity is properly documented
- Manage projects to include allocation of resources, budget tracking and status reports
- Develop and maintain an integrated Project Schedule that includes tasks, dependencies, resources and interrelationships
- Develop, maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all major functional areas in the task order or as required by the Government
- Develop and maintain a Communication Plan that identifies all stakeholders (Government, contractors and others), communication methods and frequency;
- Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of technical support experience in audio/visual technologies or 6+ years of equivalent experience
- Proficient using ticketing system (prefer ServiceNow)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve A/V issues
- Experience mentoring entry-level staff
- Proven ability to meet and/or exceed Service Level Agreements
- Ability to work within core hours of Mon-Fri 6AM-6PM
- Strong customer service and end user equipment support skills
- Strong written and oral communications required.
- Candidates will be subject to a government background investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information. Permanent Residency or U.S. Citizenship is required.
