Companion/Personal Assistant/Helper/Coach/Support Person

I need direct care staff to accompany support my daily activities, participate actively in my various recreational, social and work activities, community events, errands, healthy living, job related supports. I need to count on you to show up on time and always lead by example so I can copy your behaviors. Please be friendly and cheerful, full of energy,yet low keyed, non abrasive and flexible. Each day is different so I want an enthusiastic person to be a good role model adult but a pal also- who exhibits positive energy and a positive outlook on life who wants to be helpful to me to keep my life on the way to as much independence as possible.
Requirements:
Be physically fit to engage in various physical activities. Be patient and kind and have a good heart and good sense of compassion and humor. Be a team player to work and respect program policies and follow directions. Be flexible to accommodate changes and surprises.
Must obtain Adult CPR and First Aid Certification, hands-on if it's first time, (can provide sources)
Must have reliable vehicle to and from job and good driving record to drive family car on the job
Starting Salary ($19-20)hr
Mileage Reimbursement per mile on the job when using own car
Bonuses for extra and good work. Also, food such as lunch or snack au gratis with receipt
Establish a good rapport and follow to completion daily scheduled tasks
Flexible hours are available but must show up as pre-scheduled on calendar . I need to be treated respectfully and well. I also give bonuses for yard work supports and late night weekend supports. Sometimes we'll have fun while doing a good job keeping me successful in the community.
Honest, truthful with integrity please, as well as all the other attributes needed to assist this person. At this moment there are openings 4-6 days part time.
