Property Management/ Real Estate Assistant

Successful Sales and Property Management firm in Charles County, MD is seeking a bright, energetic, and reliable individual interested in a career!

About the Position:

Office operations and administration.

Creates, maintains, organizes and completes all paperwork associated with properties.

Track, assign and manage tasks and assignments.

Maintain licenses, certifications, documents and databases.

Marketing properties for rent and purchase.

Schedules and conduct property tours and Open Houses.

Completes projects and special assignments.

Manages housekeeping and repairs.

Manages renewals and evictions.

Manages books, income (rent and sales) and expenses.

Communicates with clients and addresses client and customer service queries via phone and email - great customer service skills are a requirement.

About You:

Experience working in a property management and/or real estate office.

Knowledge of marketing and sales databases.

Knowledgeable of local property management market, trends and policies.

Two to three years of proven experience in Property Management and/or Real Estate Sales.

Computer proficient to operate spreadsheet and word processing applications (i.e. Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and Outlook).

Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures.

Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.

Training and Education:

Three to five years of experience in the Property Management and/or Real Estate Field

Real Estate License is a plus but not a requirement.

Hours:

Flexible Schedule to include morning, evening and weekend shifts.

We will consider both part-time: 25 hours per week, or full time seeking candidates.
