DescriptionOur Client in the Towson area is in the market for a primary HR representative for all health and welfare benefits administration - enrollments, changes, terminations, health plan questions, carrier and subscriber correspondence, healthcare flexible spending account non-discrimination testing, etc. Benefits include health, dental, vision, accident, life, & disability insurance; flexible spending accounts; retirement plans.Coordinating and administering FMLA and Workers' Compensation requests in compliance with federal law.
