- Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with all enterprise departments to optimize working relationships and communication.
- Identifies and initiates resolutions to client problems and concerns associated with PC deskside office equipment, hardware, and software to the client’s satisfaction.
- Track hardware and software assets as received/assigned
- Document and maintain procedures according to departmental standards

- To resolve/assist the end user with moderate/complex computer workstation, laptop, and peripheral issues, accountable for resolution within service levels
- This role is the face of IT and supports the internal users that support our customers and internal operational and enabling functions
- 3-5 years of technical work experience with a minimum ofyear’srs’ experience in an IT Systems Support production environment supporting Windows 10 and Mac OS X, PC builds, deployments, refresh and DT moves.
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP networking, and related network services (i.e. DNS, SMTP, DHCP, etc.)
- Good knowledge of Active Directory concepts and administration
- Proven ability to resolve incidents and upgrade different types of software and hardware and Installation of new hardware for customers, such as new monitors, docking stations, or keyboards.
- Experience working in a structured, process-driven environment
- Experience supporting O365 / MS Office and a variety of WiFi-enabled devices
- Experience supporting remote users
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and excellent customer service skills. Must possess excellent verbal communication skills. A successful candidate can communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels in the organization in a professional manner
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Basic inventory management and chain of custody. (HP products primarily used on site).
- Candidates should possess the ability to schedule their own appointments with the customer via email, IM or phone or work in tandem with a dedicated scheduling staff/task assigner.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
