Configuration Management Lead to join our team

. The Configuration Management Lead provides overall configuration management support and will be responsible for the development and execution of processes to support CM and DevOps projects. This is a remote opportunity.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Information Management.
  • Three to five years of comparable work experience.
  • US Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident required due to contract needs

Experience, Skills and Abilities:
  • Knowledge of the basic principles, concepts, and methodology used in configuration and data management.
  • Ability to analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and with technical accuracy, both orally and in writing, as well as work in a professional manner with peers and management.
  • Knowledge of analysis, evaluation, fact-finding, and investigative techniques to gather data, identify significant factors, and recommend a solution from several possible alternatives.
  • Experience with or knowledge of Agile Software Development methodologies
  • Experience administering and deploying development Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery and/or Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) using tools such as GitHub, Jira, or Jenkins

Desired Skills:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen sense of customer service
  • Process-oriented with documentation skills
  • Experience with or knowledge of Agile Software Development methodologies
