The Guidehouse Team supports the management of the World Intelligence Review (WIRe) Customer Engagement and Innovation Team (CEIT) of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) (the customer). There are many challenges that the client faces in dealing with competing priorities of various divisions and the limits of funding for the government. Further, Guidehouse supports the government with the challenge of hosting innovative WIRe workshops for stakeholders. Below are a list of some of the specific requirements required by the government customer.

Our Business Process Consultant shall handle all WIRe Workshop and business process re-engineering requirements for the federal clients front office, subordinate groups, and programs. The work requirements include consultations and assessments on the business process design and user experience of the WIRe website and CEIT. The Business Services consultation shall include creating, updating, and maintaining the business processes for supporting the WIRe. Further, the consultant shall interface with senior management and have previous professional work experience completing the above activities. We understand the important functionality of the WIRe Site and Talk About webpage within the office and the crucial need for accuracy and insights for all stakeholders. The Guidehouse team remains cognizant of the dual focus of the WIRe site and CEIT team to handle responsibilities of the business process requirements for the office as well as the mission critical management to support senior decision-makers including:
  • Support the development procedures of the WIRe staff to prepare materials for presentation to senior managers or external Federal entities.
  • Work closely with other contractor communication, marketing, and graphics team
  • Document and support the group's requirements
  • Coordinate with the staff manager to prioritize requirements.
  • Assess and validate WIRe and communication requirements for the federal government client.
  • Provide content management support for the federal government client.
  • Document and support production, customer engagement, and content development process
  • Provide support to the Data Flow initiative to help the WIRe better capture and document activities, dependencies, and partnering organizations to inform and define requirement for future WIRe improvements, and outreach efforts.
Qualifications

The following qualifications are REQUIRED to be considered for this role:
  • An ACTIVE and CURRENT TS/SCI clearance with a FULL SCOPE (or Lifestyle) polygraph
  • Minimum years of experience: Five (5) years
  • Degree(s) Preferred: Bachelor's degree

The following skills/knowledge/experience is preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
  • Certification(s) Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Demonstrates knowledge of federal business standards and processes in relation to:
    • Usage of IT tools to support WIRe and Content Management
    • Business process reengineering
    • Support prioritization of customer requirements
  • Project Manament practices
  • Flexibility is a must, as well as the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple work streams, multi-task and work to support tight deadlines and execute the client's budget
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven experience in building partnerships with business and executive stakeholders as applicable
  • Demonstrated experience with Business process analysis and improvement and web application development
  • Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office software • Creating innovative world class business intelligence solutions to meet client requirements
  • Incorporate clients and product owners feedback and experience into business process solutions to foster continuous improvement of the effectiveness and efficiency of WIRe and CEIT
  • Support the development of project plans, review and communicate project progress, challenges and time lines
