The Infrastructure Support Analyst will have the following responsibilities onsite at our Plant location in Timonium Maryland:Come grow with us where you will expound on your leadership, technical and analytical skills. The Infrastructure Analyst is responsible for delivering a high standard of IT services to enable the organization in sustainable growth and competitiveness in the global market. This position is part of the Information Technology Team and will be located in Timonium, Maryland Responsibilities will include :

Service Desk incident and request management

User computing systems and tools provisioning

IT systems & facility maintenance

Participate in IT and business-related projects

Collaborate with global diverse IT teams

Minimum qualifications:

Applicable degree program or IT industry certification

Three or more years professional experience in Tier-1 & 2 Service Desk support and PC support experience

PC and software troubleshooting and technical skills, including experience in Microsoft computing environment including Active Directory

Understanding of network and server administration

Provide remote and hands on user support for desktops, laptops, and manufacturing equipment.

Additional Desired Qualifications :

ITIL and/or MCSA certification ·

Project management

Root cause analysis
